I had an ACL allograft and they trimmed up my meniscus on 11/11. I had PT last Thursday for the first time and I was at 4 degrees straight which I was happy with and my bend was only 54 degrees. So I’ve been working on it the last couple days.
Does this look pretty okay for less than 2 weeks out?
Looking good! I had the exact same on 11/4. At 2 weeks post op I was as 3 degrees extension and 135 flexion. I have PT again tomorrow but I don’t think my extension is going to be any better and I’ve been doing the exercises religiously! Argh! No real pain, just tight, except when one of my dogs pushes past me unexpectedly! 
This past week I’ve had trouble keeping my brace up. It keeps falling down. I’ll have PT look at it tomorrow. I have to wear it for 6 weeks…will be half way through on Wednesday.
