Respected Sir, I have a confusion regarding Anticoagulant therapy.
In this new guideline it’s written that for both moderate and severe cases - Enoxaparin 0.5 mg/kg per day SC OD.
But just-the-previous guideline by MOHFW/AIIMS/ICMR says -
Moderate case - OD
Severe case - BD
So, what should be the advice?
Sir, shouldn’t we prescribe any antibiotic now to prevent secondary bacterial infections? Also, should budesonide mdi be given from the first day now? According to Aiims guidelines it said budesonide mdi only to be given if fever/cough persists for more than 5days. WhiWhich one to follow sir?
