I have a question regarding the counselling procedure. Last year I appeared for Neetpg and I opted only for Radiology seats in private and govt colleges but in the consecutive rounds there were seats available ( as I saw those seats in the next round too ) but I didn’t get it . If the seats were vacant till mop up and it showed in the next round list that we can still opt for that ( none has taken that seat definitely that’s why it was showing , I guess !) then why didn’t I get that in the previous round itself ? Rank was 1 lakh approximately(General category, unfortunately 
Radiology in 1lakh rank??? In govt setup??
