I have applied under ews cateogry. I hv previous yr certificate with me now. They need a recent one. I live far from my home. And due to election office works are delaying. If for any reason I cannot upload category certificate before stipulated time. Can I seat for the exam?? Can I appear in the counselling? Please reply friends and seniors.
