I have seen post from one colleague about youngest thyroidectomy 9 ys, so I will present this case.
5 ys/f presented with hard neck mass move with swallowing with no cervical LAP, diagnosed as Papillary Thyroid CA, pre operative assessment by cervical US , Neck US , Vocal cords mobility (one side involved).
Total Thyroidectomy done , proper identification of bilateral RLN & PTh Glands (preserved), tracheostomy for few months then removed. Received RAI.
