I have sprained my ACL & fractured my tibia, I have swelling in my bone marrow and areas of swelling surround the fracture, what was the outcome for anyone similar? Waiting to see orthopaedics, but I’m 4 weeks since injury! Many thanks

? If so same as my injury and I made a non surgical recovery from a full acl tear and tibial plateau fracture
I had a fracture in my tibial plateau. I had 6 weeks non weight bearing to allow the bone to heal. Now I will have a acl replacement and two tears in meniscus repaired next week. I’d rest, ice, and elevate as much as possible. Use aleve or naproxen sodium for pain and inflammation. Good luck to you
