if CIN1 persist even after 2 years of follow up with pap and hpv dna pcr , what will be the next steep

  1. directly go for cryotherapy or

  2. cryotherapy only after confirming CIN1 by Biopsy

You have already Confirmed it as CIN 1 on Colposcopy.

Next step is You do an Annual HPV Cotest. x 2 years

Still CIN 1 is there after 2 years

Directly Cryoablation

If persist cryo

CIN 1 has 1 percentage chance of cancer cervix. So follow up for next 2 yrs with annual Co testing ( pap smear and HPV DNA ). If even after 2 yrs follow up CIN. 1 persist, then go for Cryoablation. If vaginal fornices involves then laser ablation.
