If someone fill EWS, OBC etc in Neet pg application form and by chance after result they unable to produce certificate.

If you take obc seat, then not produce it, then admission can get rejected, but saying you have obc certificate but you take general seat in selecting, then you won’t need it in most cases, but might be required if verification authority is staunch about it.
