If you will file a RTI for number of Faculties in government medical colleges who have private college background, you will be utterly surprised. Their connections really help them in Interviews. These people cannot work in corporate hospitals for obvious reasons. Their only work is to demoralize and demotivate meritorious government college post graduate resident. A lot of them leave their courses mid way due to toxicity.
