Psoriasis:
a) Showing well-defined characteristic silver-white scale is typical of psoriasis.
b) Microscopy showing epidermis is acanthotic with evidence of clubbing and fusion of rete ridges. Large numbers of neutrophil are apparent within parakeratotic surface scale forming Munro’s microabscesses.
c) Microscopy showing Spongiform pustule of Kogoj formed by collections of neutrophils in the spinous and granular layers.
