In case of locally advanced breast cancer do we need to give radiotherapy after MRM??
in notes @ one place it has been written no additional radiotherapy is given after axillary lymph nodes dissection.
And also in the notes its mentioned that for locally advanced cancers MRM is followed by RT so which one to follow sir.
RT has to be given in LABC after mastectomy.
This RT is not to the nodes but to the chest wall, IM LN, supra and infra clavicular fossa
