Is there anyway that she can work in her field in NHS in some capacity?

Hello everyone. Please help if you can.
My wife a Dr from Pakistan. Living in London with me on a spouse Visa. Tried Oet several times always short of required bands now she is not attempting anymore. Is there anyway that she can work in her field in NHS in some capacity? Please suggest. Will highly appreciate and thankful.

Unfortunately NO. She has to do OET and Plab in order to get job in NHS.

Yes, if she has a spouse visa she has many options. She can work to take covid tests, taking case history or as a helper. This will help her improve her english and then she can try OET again. Good luck. PM if you need more tips

I took IELTS instead of OET. I don’t know the format of OET but IELTS is pretty easy once you know the format and have practiced a few papers. Maybe she can try that.

She can work as a health care assistant /nurses assistant, it will help her English. She can register with bankpartners or go to nhs jobs , go to their website and apply for part-time paid job. I am a Dr, working currently as a health care assistant.
