DERMANUTRIX ACNE
It has been suggested to improve inflammatory acne by inhibiting the growth of P. acnes. Helps improve acne by decreasing the chemotaxis of leukocytes, and the alteration of cytokine production, tetracycline , erythromycin and nadifloxacin reduce the formation of free radicals from neutrophils and therefore , acne inflammation.
Inflammation and oxidative stress might set the stage for all subsequent pathogenic factors leading to acne.
MODE OF ACTION
- Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) allows reducing high levels of several cytokines in acne:
IL-1α, IL-6, IL-8,TNF-α - Selenium is a trace element nutrient that functions as cofactor for reduction of antioxidant enzymes, such as glutathione peroxidases.
- Nicotinamide reduces up to 95% of IL-1α, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α serum levels, which are all amplified in acne cases.
- Zinc is more specifically involved in cutaneous care in which inflammation plays a particular important role, such as inflammatory acne.
INSTRUCTION FOR USE
Take one tablet per day.
