M/C cause of rapid onset hirsutism : Androgen secreting ovarian tumor
DOC- OCP ( with 3 rd / 4th gen progesterone) to be given for 6 months
If it is not treated in 6 months then use Spironolactone .
Drug - never used in managing hirsutism - Danazol as its side effect is hirsutism
