MANAGEMENT FOR UNRUPTURED TUBAL ECTOPIC PREGNANCY

✓ The Criteria for Expectant Management

1.Patient haemodynamically stable

2.Woman without any symptoms

3.Ultrasound diagnosis of unruptured tubal ectopic pregnancy

4.Size of adnexal mass< 5 cm

5.Initial value of serum hCG <1000 IU/L

6.Follow up hCG levels are falling (>15% in 24 hours)

7.No evidence of rupture or blood in the POD.
