It’s mean fresh registration is required for R3
I have been allotted in R2, but applied for upgradation, do I still need to do fresh registration for R3 !?
Nothing. Same for all…it just means round 2 is closed. Round 3 will start soon.
Has nothing to do with eligibility /.registration required.
