Actually, there were tricky questions “for me” and I didn’t expect to pass… My advice to you: Just relax on the exam’s day, have your breakfast and even if you don’t know the right answer…try to analyze the question (put your clinical experince & your basic knowledge like anatomy physiology… in practice) and you’ll get it right 
DON’T ever lose hope… TRY again and again doctor!
