Hi Guys! I need advice
My exam is on the 11th and the 14th (next week)
I took:
-
NBME 4 on 12/6/19 (scored a 270)
-
UWSA 1 on 1/8/20 (scored a 191)
-
NBME 5 on 1/24/20 (scored a 370)
-
UWSA 2 on 1/31/20 (scored a 220)
-
First round of Uword: 65% average
I’ve been doing UW CCS almost everyday (interactive and practice ones). I can’t really tell how well I’m doing bc I alway forget at least one or two things (like PT/PTT or FOBT)
Should I take my exam next week? I just dont’ feel ready (but like do you ever feel ready?) I am scoring about 85% average second round of uworld but I feel like I have the questions memorized. I’m trying to still say the answer in my head before I look at the answer choices but its not the same.
I didn’t like MTB Step 3 b/c i found a lot of mistakes in it while I was reading. So my logic was if I (who is no pro) can find mistakes, I wonder how many more there are that I dont know about. I went back to my FA Step 2 but I feel like I dont remember everything from it either which isn’t helping my anxiety (Took my exam in aug 2019 and did really well)
I’m not in residency yet so all I have is my books knowledge. Idk if I’m psyching myself out bc I cant rmr every detail from my FA Step 2 book, or if I’m actually getting a warning from my brain that I’m trying to ignore lol
What should I do?
