NEET PG 2018 Exam Analysis

The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for Post Graduate courses (NEET PG) 2018 was conducted on Sunday, 7th January 2018 in an online mode (computer-based mode) in around 40 cities across the country by the National Board of Examinations (NBE).

As per initial reviews from students, exam was tough
Were there any repeat questions?

Yes, there were quite a few direct repeat questions.

How many case based questions were there?

Only sone questions were case-based, almost all were one-liners.

There were more image based questions. There were 4 or 5 sums.

What sort of questions were asked?

Some test takers said that they felt that they got basic questions from TMC class, DAMS notes, Eckovation’s Test Series and Marrow question bank. Difficulty level was in tune with Marrow mock test which also had tough questions.

How to prepare for next NEET PG?

Focus on understanding topics of NBE NEET PG syllabus to appear in next NEET PG. spend a lot of time on solving multiple choice questions. Also take detailed notes.

What was different in NEET PG 2018?

That NEET PG 2018 was held on a single date in a single session was different in it. Also there is negative marking. Question-wise, there were no stark differences.
