Opinion on competitive exams:
“we become what we think”-EARL NIGHTINGALE
its been 5 days results got released…few were happy…some were like cat on d wall…and many got struck with life…where it is heading towards… and only thing is we still believe NEET PG is our life… NO,there is much more to life… And the main problem is the so called best coaching centre or best app’s promotional videos… And every topper is like “we just read notes and nothing out of it”… come on bro everybody reads it…and then some1 comes and tells “Its how u read tat how it matters”… and yes it matters a lot…
the most dis heartening part is… i got 25k 40k last year and now within top 200…its a great great thing… but please tell your co-doctors how well u studied in your UG days… it creates a wrong impression that revising notes 6 7 times…gets your a better rank…no it depends only on your knowledge u gathered during your mbbs…its a long process…without reading well in UG days,its tough to crack any… remember guys…these people might not have been d topper n UG days…but they are d ones who are very much regular in UG days… and yeah there may be a few who were not tat much regular but secured a great rank…and its a very few…

IF u had read well in UG days… go with notes…and if not pls remember u are reading for 1 year and these people are reading from UG days…u have to work a lot to compete with them… read Himanshu Gupta sir post…it was d most genuine one i read ever…pls toppers dont give false hopes… yeah u have read only d notes but not that notes alone saved you…its your undergrad knowledge so it was easy for u to build up on tat… and many are now going for pre foundation,foundation t and d…then says its about notes… they have studied for 3 years for this rank from 3rd year atleast…
So its better to asses where you stand in terms of understanding basics in mbbs and then slect which way u want to go… and if there are any juniors… better read standard textbooks in UG days…pls dnt read important questions…it wnt help u in neet pg…
and another set,… we were toppers/gold medalist but nw neet pg we couldnt get it better… theory is differnt from mcq…u need to change your strategy 1st…
and most importantly who are disheartened pls have a healthy storng mindset… only that wl help u to move on… we all have atleast one genuine friend pls talk to him even a non-medico he wl give back us our lost faith in life…
and guide your juniors in d right way instead of promoting isntitutes… dnt make it a dirty market… not against toppers but againt business people…yeah… notes are gold standard tat i got to agree but without basics nothing wl help us… pls people who revised 6 7 times notes…but not able to achieve pls rethink where u went wrong… build yourself… stay strong… and give genuine guidacne like hw u were in your ug days…
P.S:: everybody has differenct views… ovoru manishanukkum ovoru feelings machi… share your views and we must help our co-doctors… take care of your mental health… a strong positive mind wl take u anywhere u dream of!!!
