Elephantesis disease is cause swelling. it occur when limph node is damaged by micro organzime the limphatic fluid is accumulated in the lower part of legs
Wen I press the legs it will go inside and come out again, wen I sleep and wake up it will return to my normal leg
wen legs are swelled up dere will surely be a pains and wat causes it is called lymphangitis（elephantiasis）
There is no pain or anything, I can walk and I don’t feel anything inside of me
May be it cause by problem of tissue fluid (lymph)
May liver problems

Swelling of legs is the indication there is some problem with your kindey …as u said when u put the finger then i will go inside in medical term that condition is nonpitting edema…so you do your kidney funtion test also do your LFT …liver funtion test…and also this condition is due to long term bed rest without movement…so u can do walk every day then your problem will be solved…
