RMP of nerve cell is -70mV. Will it not become more negative if K+ ion will move extracellularly?

When extracellular K+ increases, such as in hyperkalemia, there will be movement of K+ intracellularly. This leads the RMP to change from -70 to maybe -40/-30. i.e a positive increase.

Thank you.
