Not possible for me want to choose between two only
U can go for manthappa manipal manual of medicine - it’s better than mathews, book has very easy and understandable language and it’s a good book to complete the syllabus in short time.
If exams are near go for manthappa, if not u should refer both davidson+manthappa.
Marrow notes+davidson recently passed my mb worked good
The content in it is directly from Standard books
Like Harrison etc.
Mathews has become very old now.
