Some students are taking CPS where neet eligibility is not required is these course recognized by mci? Is it better to opt CPS if neet ineligible Please help and guide

Cps is like a diploma but not fully recognised by mci …only dch is recognised yet…
Neet rank is required at the time of counselling nd allotment
But still there is less competetion
