Horner syndrome +loss of contralateral pain &temp sense= lateral medullary syndrome (PICA)=Wallenberg .
Ipsilateral 3rd nerve palsy +contralateral hemiplegia = Weber syndrome
Horner syndrome+ phrenic nerve affection or lung mass = pancoast tumour
Horner + contralateral hemiplegia = Carotid artery affection ( dissection with neck pain ) .
