TIPS TO LIVE LONGER AND HEALTHY.

:point_right: Always monitor/check your blood pressure and check your blood sugar level.

:point_right: Exercise 30mins everyday, at least walk briskly for 30mins everyday if age is not on your side. Do not sit for 2hrs without getting up to walk around.

:point_right: Embrace cooked egg, fish and fresh poultry meat. If you are above 40 eat egg wisely.

:point_right: Run away from micro-wave food.

:point_right: Run away from alcohol.

:point_right: Run away from smoking.

:point_right: Run away from multiple sex partners.

:point_right: Run away from hydrogenated oil.

:point_right: Run away from carbonated soft drinks.

:point_right: Run away from public toilet .

:point_right: Always stay more in areas with fresh air. In the morning open your room for fresh air.

:point_right: Run away from can-drink and can-food.

:point_right: Run away from most Imported fruits eat.

:point_right: Engage in sexual intercourse from time to time, with only your spouse

:point_right: Run away from canned fruit juice,take more home made fruit juice.

:point_right: Always sleep for complete eight hours everyday

:point_right: Engage in fruit-fasting at least once in every two weeks (one day or 3 day)

:point_right: Say yes to original honey and no to sugar

:point_right: Avoid malice, grudge and unforgiving attitudes. Work where you want, the jobs you like. Smile more.

Remember that, untimely death will affect your family negatively they need you to stay longer. endeavour to properly take care of your health, so as to take care of your family!
