We’re living in a country where Dentists are getting hired by Quacks. I won’t blame it on Dentists, they are compelled to work under quacks due to lack of job opportunities. I put this blame on the govt. Our govt ain’t providing any jobs for BDS graduates & they are enrolling thousands of students on yearly basis. I being a fresh graduate see no opportunity for a job here. Imagine the situation after five years…!!!
PS: This is an open note for all those who are planning to pursue their career as a Dentist. If you have enough money to invest in a post grad program/degree & a dental setup, you better join this field. If not please double think about your preference. My intention ain’t to degrade or demotivate the youngsters. I’m just trying to highlight the drowning side of Dentistry.
