What are the Pros & Cons of taking surgical branches as a first batch in a Clg without seniors?

More Cutting chance than a clg with Seniors… All the 3yrs you’ll be the Senior… So you can do Max cases provided APs & HOS are good… But workload will be more

You will be taught well and will get more hands on opportunities
Cons
No one to guide regarding future opportunities/ Mch (this can be covered through other resources)
Pros over cons always…
In a college with no PGs previously, faculty are used to surgical and allied workload
Incoming PGs means less work than before… That itself is happy situation for them
Happy faculty = more handson, good rapot etc
