1)What if you get allotted a seat in AI R1 and willing for a different college in State counselling R1…
Not reporting and applying for state R1 is best option if state R1 starts immediately after AIR1… what if state R1 doesn’t start on time…can I report to alloted college in AIR 1 and if I get desired seat in state R1 can I get a free exit and join state allotted college? Or in simple words once I report to college in Ai R1 ,am I eligible for State R1.
2) If I get alloted in AIR 2 …am I still eligible to participate in state R2 without reporting?

- yes u are eligible to participate in state r2 without reporting in all india round 2. if u report in all india round 2 you are out from the counselling process.
