What’s the best moisturizer to help with eczema on the hands?
African Shea Butter. Super greasy so I wear vinyl gloves and leave on at least 3 hours. I also wear fingerless compression gloves over the vinyl gloves to help keep the lotion in place. I do this 3 - 4 times per week. It really helps. I have yet to be completely clear, but I think the Shea Butters works better than any topicals I have been subscribed.
