Here why is the answer perianal anesthesia?

(The lower limbs and pelvis pernieum are represented in PCL, so sensation loss should be there, right? So how is anesthesia not seen)

(Also why is gait apraxia present, apraxia is mainly due to premotor cortex dysfn, right? And it’s not included in pcl)
