Mifepristone is a glucocorticoid R antagonist so can’t be used in someone with adrenal insufficiency (who’s on long term steroid therapy)
Avoided in Uncontrolled HTN as there’s more blood loss in medical abortion compared to surgical evacuation which can trigger reflex vasoconstriction and tachycardia and can worsen the HTN
