There’s a reason for this … Look Domicile certificate is not required for verification in state level counseling…so if it’s done online some seats can be blocked by students of other states…that’s what the so called councilors do for making money by tying up with a lot of people involved in this system… This is predominant for MQ seats… They usually target the mopup and college round…
So it’s better if verification is done offline cuz you can’t hide there…and mopup online … atleast there will be some sorta clarity
