Will it be regretful to choose medicine in Pg if not having fascination for any other branch also not having much passion for it ?
How can anybody regret after taking medicine ?

Not everyone has fascination towards any branch. In that case Better use the rule of elimination in selecting your branch. Certainly you now know the basic work flow in each major branch which you were exposed to in your internship. So decide as per the preference of work … Be it workplace or be it work load or be it work timings etc
If u are ready to ready to do superspeciality and slog in residency for another 7 yrs go for medicine… Otherwise take an end branch and enjoy life…
