Sir you told that as compared to furosemide, thiazide causes more hypokalemia (intaluminal negativity)

Than why barter syndrome there is More hypokalemia as compared to gitelman syndrome ?

In bartter syndrome there is more hypokalemia because of involvement of the ROMK channels.

What about hypomagnesemia in giteman syndrome causing decrease intracellular magnesium and activation of ROMK and hypokalemia…
